Governor Ned Lamont’s Executive Orders that require most businesses to close does not include legal services. Legal Services are specifically exempt in his executive order.

Here at the Law Office of Kevin L. Hoffkins, we are still open for business. However, in an effort to keep everyone safe we are doing as much work as possible remotely. Attorney Kevin L. Hoffkins is still available to meet with people for consultations. Consultations can be performed by phone or by vide chat on services including Facetime, Whatsapp and Zoom.

People should understand that the Superior Court of Connecticut is closed except for emergency matters which include temporary child custody applications and restraining orders.
