PRACTICE AREA: IMMIGRATION

I have been practicing law for over ten years. Most of that time has been spent practicing immigration law. Over the years, I have seen many changes that resulted in the current condition of U.S. Immigration Law. I have represented foreign nationals from every continent in the world, and dozens of different countries. I have represented individual clients as well companies large and small.

One of the biggest challenges of being an immigration attorney is keeping up on the changes. Since immigration is a source of hot political debate these days, I have seen significant changes in the law just about every year. Congress is passing changes to the law, the INS and the Department of Labor are issuing new regulations and government officials are always issuing new policy memos or statements of how to interpret the regulations and the laws. Every time a new policy is announced, I have access to it within a day. I respond to these changes by reviewing the advice being given to clients on all pending cases and advise of the changes.

I am committed to zealous representation of my clients. In the field of immigration law, this means making sure a client is properly advised of all of his rights and obligations. I also have the experience to show employers and foreign nationals how to qualify for benefits that other lawyers might have missed.
